Isack Hadjar is targeting his first definitive podium finish for Oracle Red Bull Racing during the 2026 Formula 1 season. The French driver has demonstrated consistent performance in recent rounds, contributing to the team’s efforts in the Constructors’ Championship.
Red Bull Racing currently holds fourth position in the Constructors’ standings as the season approaches its second half. Hadjar’s teammate, Max Verstappen, has secured four podium finishes this year.
Hadjar had a provisional top-three finish earlier this season at the Monaco Grand Prix. However, this result was subsequently overturned following a protest from Alpine, which led to Pierre Gasly being reinstated into third place.
Assessing his performance, Hadjar noted a recent improvement in consistency. He stated that the team has addressed several car issues, which has facilitated better results on track.
“Since the last couple of rounds, I think I’ve found some consistency, and in the team we’ve fixed a few issues that make our life easier,” Hadjar commented.
He further added, “It’s a lot easier when the car is reliable, When it’s performing, it’s easy to achieve results, I’m not going to lie.”
Hadjar’s objective for the remainder of the campaign is to secure a podium finish where he can compete directly for the position. He expressed a desire for a race where he can genuinely contend for a top-three spot.
Prior to his promotion to Oracle Red Bull Racing for the 2026 season, Hadjar competed for Visa Cash App Racing Bulls in 2025. During his rookie F1 season with VCARB, he achieved his maiden Formula 1 podium at the Dutch Grand Prix.
His 2025 performance saw him finish 12th in the Formula 1 World Drivers’ Championship. Hadjar’s junior career included a runner-up finish in the 2024 FIA Formula 2 Championship.
Hadjar has received commendation for his efforts this year, with observers noting his improved performance in comparison to previous teammates of Max Verstappen. He is seen as a consistent points scorer for the team.
