Victoria Verstappen, sister of four-time Formula 1 world champion Max Verstappen, has announced a new addition to her family. She shared images featuring a new puppy named Joe, who has joined her household. The family was seen enjoying a peaceful walk in a wooded area, with young Hailey notably interacting with the new pet.
This family development follows Victoria’s marriage to Tom Heuts earlier this summer. The couple exchanged vows in July 2026 at the Château Neercanne estate in Maastricht. Their engagement took place in April 2025 at the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The wedding was attended by close family, including Max Verstappen and his partner Kelly Piquet. Max’s father, Jos Verstappen, was visibly emotional during the ceremony. Victoria’s mother, Sophie Kumpen, also attended the event.
Victoria, who is 26 years old, is an established influencer and entrepreneur. She operates her own clothing and lifestyle brand, ‘Unleash the Lion’. She is a mother to three children: sons Luka, born in December 2020, Lio, born in December 2021, and daughter Hailey, born in June 2024.
While Max Verstappen’s sister focuses on family life and her business ventures, the Formula 1 season continues. Max Verstappen currently holds sixth position in the 2026 Drivers’ Championship with 145 points.
The 2026 championship is presently led by Mercedes driver Kimi Antonelli, who has accumulated 292 points and secured eight victories this season. Antonelli’s teammate, George Russell, is second in the standings with 211 points.
Other drivers ahead of Verstappen in the standings include Lewis Hamilton of Ferrari with 191 points, Lando Norris of McLaren with 186 points, and Charles Leclerc of Ferrari with 167 points. Verstappen’s Red Bull teammate, Isack Hadjar, is eighth with 71 points.
The Formula 1 calendar moves to the Azerbaijan Grand Prix next week, scheduled from September 24-26 at the Baku street circuit. Nine Grands Prix and the Singapore Sprint remain on the 2026 schedule.
The season is set to conclude with a triple header featuring the Las Vegas Grand Prix from November 19-21, the Qatar Grand Prix from November 27-29, and the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix from December 4-6.
